CORPSIFIED BLUCKY GOBLIN

INTRODUCTION:

Next to tombstones, no cemetery would be complete without a few skeletons.  While it would be nice to populate the graveyard with the superb replicas available at  Anatomical Chart Company and Boneyard Bargains , at almost $90.00 a pop for even the 4th quality skeletons, this would kill anyone's Halloween budget.   At the other end of the spectrum is the ubiquitous BigLots! Blucky, or blow molded skeleton.  Blucky is a bargain at $7.99, but in his goofy unmodified state doesn't really inspire much fear.  To solve this dilemma, home haunters have devised a process of Blucky "corpsification", which produces surprisingly good results compared to the small cost of this project.  Among others,  Wolfstone offers instruction on building a corpse on their technology link.   Deathlord  provides instructions specifically for dealing with our friend, Blucky.

I would like to give special thanks to Jerry Chavez of Spooky F/X , for both the instructional information he has provided regarding the corpsification process, as well as for providing me with a test sample of FLX-Glue which was used in the following "how-to".

Using any of the variations on the aforementioned method, Blucky can be transformed from this:

(Oooh!  Scarrry!)

To this - a glowing Blucky Goblin, which is what we'll be building in this how-to:
